Terms of use

Last updated: November 4, 2026

By using Poker Party you agree to these terms. They're short, so please read them.

Free game, fake chips

Poker Party is a free game for entertainment. Chips have no value: they can't be bought, sold, traded, or cashed out, and there are no prizes. It isn't gambling, and you must not use the site to bet real money or anything of value on the outcome of games.

Playing fair

• Be decent to the people you play with. Don't use offensive or impersonating names.
• Don't try to break, overload, or interfere with the site or other players' games.
• Don't use the site for anything illegal.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is." Games can be interrupted (for example if the host closes their tab or loses internet), and features may change or be removed at any time. We aren't responsible for lost games or chip counts.

Who can use it

The site isn't directed at children under 13. If you're under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's permission.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
